Former competitor and professional ice-skater, Stephanie Farrell is this week’s guest. She shares with Lee background information about what it was like to compete in the Canadian national championships and what it was like to play Cinderella and tour for Disney On Ice. Lee asks Stephanie to share her tips on the many facets of ice-skating, including how to buy skates, what to do if your feet hurt, and how to find a good rink or club to join. There is so much great content in this episode, please share it will your ice-skating friends and family members.
